- We accept regular work on account from companies, government bodies (including local councils for school and social care)  and charities.

- Work will be undertaken at an agreed price and will be invoiced either on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the contract value.

- All invoices should be settled within 10 working days of the date of the invoice.

​

- All journeys will be individually listed by date and cost and totaled.

​

​- All journeys booked will be invoiced in full, without exception, unless 48 hours notice of cancellation has been given by the passenger or organisation. This is to protect the income of our drivers who can not be expected to replace cancelled work at short notice.

- By allocating work to Chelmsford City Transport, you agree with these terms and agree that they supersede any of your own terms of business in respect of transport contracts.
