Terms & Conditions

- We accept regular work on account from companies, schools, government bodies (including local councils for school, SEN and social care) and charities.

- Work will be undertaken at an agreed price and will be invoiced either on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the contract value.

- All invoices should be settled within 10 working days of the date of the invoice.

​

- All journeys will be individually listed by date and cost and totalled.

​

​- All contracts placed with us will be invoiced in full, regardless of whether the passenger travels, without exception. This is to protect the income of our drivers who can not be expected to replace cancelled contract work at short notice.

- By allocating work to Chelmsford City Transport, your organisation agrees with these terms and conditions and agrees that they supersede any of your organisations own terms of business in respect of transport contracts.
